1. Temperature Resistant Silicon Carbide (SiC) Fiber

• It has excellent properties such as low density, high strength, high modulus, creep resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and wave transmission. Under the high temperature environment of 1000°C, its mechanical properties remain basically unchanged, and the service temperature under the aerobic environment is higher than that of carbon fiber.

2. Zr-Contained Silicon Carbide (SiC) Fiber

• It has excellent properties such as low density, high strength, high modulus, creep resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, etc. Its mechanical properties are basically unchanged at 1200°C, and its service temperature is much higher than that of carbon fiber in aerobic environment.

• Elongation at break: ≥0.85%

3. Al-Contained Silicon Carbide (SiC) Fiber

• It has such excellent properties as low density, high strength, high modulus, creep resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, etc. Its mechanical properties remain basically unchanged in the high temperature environment above 1500°C, and its service temperature in the aerobic environment is far more higher than that of carbon fiber.

• Tensile strength, GPa: ≥2.0
• Tensile elastic modulus, GPa: ≥330
• Elongation at break: ≥0.6%
• Oxygen content: ≤0.5%

• SiC fiber has fine diameter, good toughness and is easy to be woven into two-dimensional cloth and three-dimensional braided pieces of various specifications.
