Recycled Black Powder for Lithium-ion Batteries | The chemical composition requirements: black powder are divided into Class I and Class II according to the different positive electrode materials in the raw materials of the products. Class I: Products are produced with lithium-ion battery waste containing nickel or (and) cobalt elements as raw materials. Class II: Products are produced with lithium-ion battery waste containing lithium iron phosphate as raw materials. Class I is divided into three levels, with the total amount of nickel and cobalt in the first level ≥40% and the lithium content ≥5%; the total amount of nickel and cobalt in the second level ≥25% and the lithium content ≥3%; the total amount of nickel and cobalt in the third level ≥10% and the lithium content ≥2%. Class II has a lithium content of ≥2%, an iron content of 15%-36%, and a phosphorus content of 8%-20%. Test and appearance requirements for black powder: the moisture content in the product is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 6284, the particle size of the product is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 21524, and the appearance quality of the product is inspected by visual inspection. Black powder marking, packaging, storage and transportation requirements: the product is double-packed in a container bag (ton bag) lined with a polyethylene film bag and sealed. The net weight of each bag is 0.8 t to 1.2 t, or the packaging method and capacity are determined by negotiation according to the requirements of the buyer; the outer packaging bag of the product should have a firm and clear mark. The content includes: supplier name, factory address, product name, category, grade, net weight, batch number, production date, this document number, and the "keep away from moisture" mark specified in GB/T 191. Product standard: GB/T 45203-2024 "Recycled black powder for lithium-ion batteries". |
